چکیده
Angiotensin-converting enzyme-2 (ACE-2) is an essential element in the renin-angiotensin RAS system and plays a key role coronavirus entrance to human body attachment cell. Variation ACE-2 may increase capability of binding with tissues lead variation disease severity among patients. For this reason, study aimed take some SNPs different COVID-19 patient cases show possible Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme-2 (ACE2) polymorphism people that could have severe infections caused by SARS-CoV-2 detecting single nucleotide polymorphisms on gene PCR-sequencing. This cross-sectional includes 100 diagnosed patients during period between November December 2021. The result revealed three rs1463669655, rs746202722, rs201035388 located (GRCh38.p13) did not associate because all either wildtype or heteterotype allele as following 0 % GG, AG, 0% AA genotype distribution cases, non-severe was %AG, AA, GG GA, %GA, for these respectively. angiotensin-converting enzyme studied its active participation entry Coronavirus into alveolar cells concluded ACE-2(GRCh38.p13) disease.

The host’s angiotensin-converting enzyme polymorphism may explain epidemiological findings in COVID-19 infections
The number of victims of the COVID-19 pandemic shows important geographical differences. In this study, a number of human genetic polymorphisms were compared to the number of Covid-19 patients and Covid-19 mortality. Data from 33 countries were analyzed. Among the polymorphisms tested, the human angiotensine converting enzyme (ACE) polymorphism turned out to be a determinant factor in both prev...

Background: Angiotensin I converting enzyme (ACE) is a Zinc metalloproteinase, converts Ang-I to Ang- II, a pro-inflammatory agent which may contribute to pathophysiology of some diseases like type 2 diabetes. Objective: To investigate the relationship between ACE I/D polymorphism and type 2 diabetes in 261 Iranian casecontrol pairs. Methods: 170 patients (85 type 2 diabetics with nephropathy a...
متن کاملpolymorphism in the angiotensin-converting enzyme (ace) gene and ace activity in type 2 diabetic patients
diabetes mellitus is a multifactorial disease. it has recently been shown that an insertion (i)/deletion (d) polymorphism exists in the angiotensin-converting enzyme (ace) gene that can affect the serum ace level. there are three genotypes: dd, di, and ii, with the ace level being highest in dd, intermediate in di, and lowest in ii. in the present investigation, 170 patients with type 2 diabete...
